Garbage chutes should be cleaned at least twice a year, once before summer and once after autumn. Dirt builds up inside and becomes a breeding ground for mould, bacteria and viruses. During hot weather, smells will permeate into common areas and create unhealthy breathing environment.

WE:

- High pressure clean garbage chute from top to bottom with our specialised machine and special detergents.

- Sanitise and disinfect the whole chute system with an odour control active enzyme

- Clean all chute intake doors at every level.

- Pressure clean and sanitise whole waste room and compactor machine

Dirt builds up inside the garbage chute. People throw down liquid and solid food leftovers. These organic matters are a breeding ground for bacteria, viruses, moulds and fungal growth. If these nasty pathogens are not taken care of, then foul air will permeate into common areas, and this is what is termed as ‘sick building syndrome’. Regular washing and treatment will ensure healthy air inside the building. We clean every level and every chute door with our specialised chute cleaning machine. We clean the waste room and compactor with high pressure machine to blast away all organic matter. We make sure compactor and waste room is spotless clean. After cleaning, we treat the inside of the chute with special enzyme based, live biological odour control system.

We use minimal water with our specialised machines and water saving procedures Most garbage chutes are made of Zinc plated or galvanised steel. The Zinc coating protects the steel from corroding.

If the coating is diminished, corrosion will set in, and repairs will be costly and cumbersome We only use environmentally safe and pH*neutral chemicals, that does not damage the Zinc protective coating. Doing otherwise will cause immense damage.
