"Established in 2006, we specialise in high-rise apartment waste disposal machinery. We have immense knowledge in the supply, installation and maintenance of garbage chutes, linen chutes and waste compactors. Our technicians have more than 20 years of experience in the installation and service of all types of waste disposal machines and chutes. Our advantage is that we have had years of experience in the high-rise apartment waste disposal systems across Australia. We know the problems and we have the solutions. We carry most parts for machines so we have a quick turnaround time for services .
Garbage chutes should be cleaned at least twice a year, once before summer and once after autumn. Dirt builds up inside and becomes a breeding ground for mould, bacteria and viruses. During hot weather, smells will permeate into common areas and create unhealthy breathing
Garbage chutes block due to many reasons, mostly due to incorrect type and size of garbage. Sometimes garbage blocks due to compactor malfunction in waste room, therefore garbage banks upwards. Our experienced technicians will repair compactor and then clear blockage We have the tools and knowhow to unblock any chute, no matter how difficult 24/7
Garbage compactors, like other mechanical machines, require regular service and maintenance. There are components like gearboxes, motors, screw drives, actuators, plungers, rams etc. These components need to be inspected, lubricated, adjusted and made sure they perform their required functions. In the waste room, there is always contaminants that will get in the way and prevent proper functioning of the machine. Chute doors should be checked for proper function, it should open and close easily. These are fire rated doors and as such, they must be fire compliant.
We can supply Various types of machines most suited to your requirement.
Machines we can supply:
1. Linear conveyor, with or without compactor 2,3,4,5 bin type suitable for most bin sizes
2. Carousel conveyor, with or without compactor,2,3,4,5 bin types, suitable for most bin sizes
3. Single bin compactor
4. Single bin hopper.

Machines work best when they are maintained well. Garbage machines should ideally be serviced every 3 months due to its nature of operation and variable operator experience.
Our service team will first inspect the machine to ensure all components are in fine working order. Then, if need be, they will adjust, repair or renew any faulty component.
We will advice which component needs replacement or which component will likely fail soon.
Before the leave, they will make sure machine is working in its original state. We can tailor a service schedule to keep your machine in good working condition.
When garbage machines break down, it must be repaired soon, otherwise garbage will start banking up the chute.
We are available 24/7, and we carry most parts so your machine is back in operation in no time.
Our team of Engineers can design any modifications necessary.
Sometimes machines are not installed as they should have been. Electrical cabling may be unsafely installed, mechanical component incorrectly configured or machine may not be bolted securely.
With our level of experience, we can correct those errors to make sure your machine is safe and functions as it should.
Most garbage equipment is made out of mild steel. Some components are hot dip galvanised, some are Zinc electroplated, but most parts are just plain painted. Due to frequent washing and use of corrosive detergents in the waste room, corrosion sets in.
Corrosion weakens the strength of many components and fixtures. Due to the nature and magnitude of forces involved in the compaction process, components must uphold its mechanical integrity,
There is no room for compromise, rusted components must be replaced. We can replace heavily corroded components, and we can do surface treatment to lightly corroded components
Dirt builds up inside the garbage chute. People throw down liquid and solid food leftovers.
These organic matters are a breeding ground for bacteria, viruses, moulds and fungal growth.
If these nasty pathogens are not taken care of, then foul air will permeate into common areas, and this is what is termed as ‘sick building syndrome’.
If these nasty pathogens are not taken care of, then foul air will permeate into common areas, and this is what is termed as ‘sick building syndrome’. Regular washing and treatment will ensure healthy air inside the building. We clean every level and every chute door with our specialised chute cleaning machine.
We clean the waste room and compactor with high pressure machine to blast away all organic matter. We make sure compactor and waste room is spotless clean. After cleaning, we will treat the inside of the chute with special enzyme based, live biological odour control system.
We can supply fire rated chutes doors for most sizes.
We can make most types of machines to suit individual needs and council requirements.
We can supply wheelie bin carousel and linear conveyor systems, with or without compactor for all MGB bin sizes
During building refurbishment, it is a good idea to get a new machine or refurbish the old one. Machines can last a long time if taken care of, but it is a good idea to replace them every so often. Corrosion may set in; electrical components may not function well and mechanical components may be too far worn out.
New machines come with new mechanicals, new electrical components and the latest programmable logic controllers.

Garbage comes down chute with great momentum. When it hits the bottom hopper, loose items, glass bottles and other solid objects will bounce off in all directions and if there is inadequate protection, people can get injured. Also, liquids poured down chutes creates a mess on the walls adjacent to the hopper.
We supply and install metal and rubber guards and baffles to provide protection and keep walls clean. Rubber baffles and metal guards help to keep waste room clean and personnel safe.
Some hoppers are designed without any offset bottom section. In this case, garbage will fall vertically down into the bin. If the fall is very high, or the falling object is a hard item, the bottom of the garbage bin can break due to direct impact.
We have a solution to minimise the damage done to the bins. Call us for the solution
If you have a problem with residents pushing large objects down the chute, then we have a solution to this. Our company designed; chute entry restrictor plate is very effective in stopping people pushing larger than normal size garbage down the chute.
