We have installed hundreds of waste compactor machines and chutes across Australia and service most types.We are very specialised in the installation and service of all types of multibin carousel and linear conveyors, hydraulic, and mechanical compactors for all bin sizes,240L,660L,1100L etc.

Compactor machines need to be serviced regularly due to the nature of its operational environment and level of operator care. We fix simple issues like dirty photo sensors to complex mechanical components like gears and drives.

We recommend 3 monthly service intervals for optimal performance. We also service cardboard and waste baling machines

Scheduled preventative maintenance

- We can tailor a preventative maintenance schedule to keep your machine optimised.

- We will inspect and service your machine and chute at the correct interval.

- From our experience, machines serviced regularly performs almost trouble free and breakdowns are minimised

- We will provide feedback as to repairs or corrective actions, if any, ‘are required. We will give on the spot quote for those repairs

Corrosion repair or replacement of corroded sections or components

1. We can treat corrosion in many ways, either surface treatment or cut and weld new sections. For components which prone to corrosion, we can supply hot dipped galvanised* components.

Total or partial refurbishment of existing machines

A lot of times, not all components need replacement, we only replace components that need replacing, saving time and money.

We can remake damaged or rusted components instead of replacing the full machine. We have the expertise and engineering knowhow to remake any particular component. We can totally rebuild machines to almost new condition.

We have the experience and knowledge to install or modify any chute. We use our mechanised lifting gear to move heavy components into place. Our team of Engineers can design any modifications if need be.

Worn- out or damaged mechanical component replacement
